The Digital Services Act Regulation 2022 (EU) 2022/2065 ("DSA")

The Digital Service Act (DSA), also known as Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, has introduced rules regarding the provision of intermediary services within the European Union’s internal market. Its aim is to create a safer online space that protects the fundamental rights of all digital service users.

Wind Tre, in compliance with this regulation, provides the following contact points:

For communications from authorities of EU member states, the Commission, and the European Committee for Digital Services (pursuant to Article 11 of the Regulation):Segnalazioni_UE_DSA@windtre.it. These communications must be in Italian.

For communications with their own customers (as per Article 12 of the Regulation), please refer to the contact points listed on the windtre.it o windtrebusiness.it websites.

It’s important to note that communications not originating from Wind Tre customers will not be processed.
