Supplier Guidelines

The Wind Tre Group firmly believes that operating in a sustainable way, based on high ethical standards, respecting all applicable national and international law, the environment and human rights contributes to the achievement of business objectives.
The Group's goal is to work with partners who operate in full and absolute compliance with the principles set out in the Code and in the Anti Fraud and Anti-Corruption Guidelines, with a particular focus on ESG factors: Environment, Social and Governance.

The Group's approach is to monitor all its partners to ensure that they do not engage in behaviour contrary to the provisions of the Code and of the Guidelines.
All Group partners must comply with the applicable legal provisions, guarantee the confidentiality and security of the information acquired through relationship with the Group in accordance with its relevance, declare any conflict of interest situations and report to the Group any unlawful conduct, even potential, in breach of the Code, the company policies and procedures, and the provisions of law, using one or more of the reporting channels indicated on this website click HERE.

Complying with the rules of the Code and the principles set out in the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Guidelines must be seen as an integral and substantial part of the obligations assumed by partners, in any capacity and to any legal effect, towards one or more of the companies of the Group.
In this section are also available the Organisational and Management Models adopted by the companies of the Wind Tre Group in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231, which introduced the concept of administrative corporate liability for certain offences committed by employees or by third parties collaborating with companies, in the interests or to the advantage of the companies themselves.
All partners of the Wind Tre Group Companies must take note of the principles set out in the Wind Tre Group Company Organization and Management Model with which they collaborate.
