Privacy Policy

The purpose of this document is to describe how to manage access to this site, in relation to the processing of personal data of users / visitors who consult it. Wind Tre S.p.A. (hereinafter Wind Tre) guarantees compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of European Regulation no. 679/2016, the Code on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, consistent with the provisions of the Ethical Code of the Wind Tre Group. Data Controller, people appointed as Designated and Authorized Persons.

The Data Controller is Wind Tre S.p.A., registered office in Largo Metropolitana 5, 20017 Rho (MI).
The updated list of the persons appointed as Designated is available on request. Within the company Wind Tre S.p.A., personal data will be processed by employees of the company departments indicated in the above mentioned list. These employees act as authorized persons under the direct authority of the respective manager appointed as Designated.

Your data may be communicated to third parties in fulfilment of legal obligations.
Wind Tre collaborates with law enforcement agencies and other public agencies and public authorities, to ensure that its users respect the laws, the rights of other users and third parties, including their intellectual property rights. Therefore, your personal data may be communicated, for example, to public entities, if this is necessary for purposes of defense, state security, prevention, detection or repression of crime, in compliance with the rules governing this matter. These public entities have the right to request and obtain personal information about you, even when this is necessary or appropriate for investigations relating to the commission of fraud, computer fraud, violation of intellectual property rights, acts of computer piracy or other illegal activities, which could expose Wind Tre or our users to legal, civil or criminal liability.

Types of data processed
Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this portal capture, in their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. By their very nature, such information, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow the identification of visitors (e.g. IP addresses), the domain names of the terminals used, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of applicants, the time of requests, etc.. These data, deleted immediately after processing, are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning. The data on web contacts are not stored for more than seven days, except in case of a detection of computer crimes against the sites. No data deriving from the service will be communicated or disseminated.

According to the principle of transparency that governs the relationship with our users and in accordance with current legislation (with particular reference to the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies" of 8 May 2014), we also inform you about the types, purposes and methods of use/management of cookies sent while browsing websites managed by Wind and "3".

What are cookies?

User who intend to be informed in advance pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation n. 679/2016 and the Code regarding the processing of personal data and subsequent amendments, according to what is stated in this paragraph, have the opportunity to accept all cookies, to be informed about the use of a cookie or to deactivate all cookies by changing independently the settings of the navigation program (also called "browser"). In the event that cookies are refused, the quality or functionality of the pages of the Site may be reduced. First part cookies

Cookies play an important role in online browsing. We use cookies to improve and facilitate the user experience by storing, for example, some information on the browser used by the latter (e.g. language, country, shopping cart, etc.) and avoiding the need to re-enter them on subsequent visits to the site. Wind Tre does not use first party cookies in order to track the online behavior of users of the websites operated for their own marketing purposes. Technical cookies

In this case, Google Inc. is the Data controller.

Methods of processing

The personal data acquired are processed through the use of paper, computer or telematic tools and only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected, in compliance with the provisions relating to the confidentiality of personal data contained in European Regulation no. 679/2016, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and in the specific Garante Privacy provisions. Wind Tre guarantees that the security and confidentiality of your data will be protected by adequate security measures, in accordance with the provisions of art. 32 of the European Regulation, in order to reduce the risk of destruction or loss - even accidental - of data, unauthorized access, or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes of collection.

Rights of the data subjects

The data subjects have the right, pursuant to art. 15 to 22 of the European Regulation, to obtain at any time, the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, to know their content and their origin, verify their accuracy or request an integration or update or rectification. Pursuant to the aforementioned articles, the user has the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
