German Quality and Finance Institute, Wind Tre was awarded the prize for best operator in customer management in the stores

Wind Tre confirms, for the third consecutive year, first place as a telecommunications operator for "the excellent customer service in its sales points under the Wind brand". This was the result presented by the important study called "The Best in Italy - Samples of Service", edited by the influential German Institute of Quality and Finance. 


The prestigious award given to Wind Tre, added to the one received for the best ADSL service, rewards the transparency and quality choices that have always distinguished the company led by Jeffrey Hedberg. The results of the research of the German Institute of Quality and Finance, published this morning by the newspaper La Repubblica, are the result of an in-depth survey, based on a sample of almost 200,000 opinions expressed by consumers, in more than 100 sectors of the Italian economy.
