Wind Tre: recognition from the Czech Republic for best practices on 5G

Awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade during the "5G FOR 5 CITIES" The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic has awarded Wind Tre, a company led by Jeffrey Hedberg, a prestigious recognition for the "close cooperation and best practice sharing for the development of 5G ". Sabina Strazzullo, Director of Institutional Affairs of Wind Tre, received the award during the "5G FOR 5 CITIES" ceremony, held in Prague for the assignment of the 5G trial to the cities of the Czech Republic, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Commerce, Karel Havlíček, the Deputy Minister for Digitalization and Innovation, Petr Očko, the Minister of Regional Development, Klára Dostálová and the Deputy Prime Minister of Regional Development, David Koppitz. The award attests to the wide institutional availability demonstrated by Wind Tre in promoting, through a constant dialogue, the experience gained in Italy in the 5G trial, thus supporting its sharing beyond national borders. During the ceremony, Luca Monti, Director of 5G and IoT Project of Wind Tre, has illustrated the characterizing aspects of the trial, currently underway in L'Aquila and Prato, and the most relevant areas in the implementation of the 5G ecosystem in Italy.
