Wind Tre, company led by Jeffrey Hedberg, presented ‘Road to 5G’, an event focused on the themes of innovation and digital transformation, with the aim of discovering and deepening the changes linked to new technologies and fifth-generation ecosystems. Industry experts, students, journalists, young people, startuppers and visitors had the opportunity to discuss how digital and innovation are radically changing our daily lives. During the day, moreover, technology experts and representatives of the business world and of the University took turns in different panels dedicated to 5G and Smart ecosystems, aimed at the development and the next diffusion of the new network standard. There was also the opportunity to witness the experiments on 5G currently in place with applications on Smart Home, Smart Cities, and Digital Ecositema.
